This was the third gutter-related project for which we used AIC, and by far the largest. As before, they were excellent from our initial contact through the follow-up after the job was completed. Professional and polite the whole way. And the work was done right. We're very pleased. Thanks, AIC.

They were always in contact and kept us updated with the timing (rain forced a couple of postponements). Once the work started, it proceeded smoothly and professionally. They had to repair the wood underneath the old roof but they were able to complete all in the time promised. It looks good.

I highly recommend AIC for your roofing needs. From start to finish I felt like customer service was important to them. I didn't feel like the questions I asked were an inconvenience to them. I also appreciated all of the pictures they took during install and review along the way so that I knew what I was getting, as well as a follow up inspection by another person a week later to ensure everything was installed properly. Also the best warranty on workmanship anywhere and their quote was the same or less than others I received.

Chosing AIC as our roofing contractor was certainly a good decision. They were very professional in the work they did in our roof replacement. They were very attentive to detail and in explaining how they were going at the project. They provided cleanup after the work was done, and did it well! I was kept in the loop from beginning to end which was appreciated. I had many choices to select from and in this case I certainly made the right decision to go with AIC.
