Was a horrible experience. Charged for things they didnt to. Misrepresented the quality of work.

Amy, it was unfortunate that we ended up in court as we tried as hard as we possibly could to fix any issues you had, but we were unable to get any specifics to help you. Simply not paying your bill is not an option after work was completed, and the judge agreed 100%.

Had some fascia that keep coming off and they were able to get up there and fix it and match the color of the old.

Had billing delay/communication issues that were remedied after an understanding was met. Quality of work (to date) appears to be satisfactory as our roof is holding up nicely after 3 years. Business is completed with this project and ultimately we are satisfied.

We had to reroof after hail damage from a storm. Aesthetic Elements was prompt and professional. Every one I talked to on their team was courteous. When the job was done their cleanup was thorough. The roof looks great, we have gotten multiple compliments on it.
