Had this company come to do a quote, seemed very knowledgeable and was looking forward to working with them. However, after over a month since they have been at our Strata there has been 0 attempts to contact, follow up with a quote or anything. I have called twice no answer and left 2 voicemails in the last couple weeks to see if they were still working on the quotes. No response back from them not even a simple text or email letting me know they are still working on it. Communication is important especially when looking at getting quotes for jobs like a full roof replacement.

They gave a quote for only half the job I had asked about. My numerous requests for an updated quote, over one month, were ignored.

Hi Randy, I apologize about the delay in getting you your updated quote. In large scale commercial projects such as yours, it is critical that time and attention is put into all aspects of the scope of work, materials and labour necessary to effectively and accurately price your project. This extra time we take always leads to flawless project quoting and execution. Once again, my apologies on falling short on meeting your expectations and timeline for your quote.

David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Derick, the field service manager, was the same. The crew was great, and they addressed any concerns I had when they came to mind. They thoroughly cleaned up at the very end, and delivered a top quality roof for our house, garage, and pump house, using great quality materials.

We had a very positive experience with Action Roofing. We were given several full size samples to choose from. Once we decided on the colour, the process took only 2 days. The crew from Action Roofing were great. At the end all debris was cleaned up and they ran a magnetic nail catcher over the driveway. We also opted for the 50 year transferable warranty. Thanks so much Action Roofing!
