  They didn't repair a problem that happened with the roof months after the installation, they just said it was not their fault

  Dear Renato & Maria, We take all community feedback seriously; however, we note that this is the third negative review we have received from the same household regarding this single residential project. We are sorry to hear your concerns. We truly value the trust you previously placed in ACS, as well as the recommendations you shared about our work at that time. As soon as the leak was reported, ACS responded promptly and sent personnel to inspect the property. After performing the corresponding inspection, our team provided a written report with photographs documenting the findings. Based on the inspection performed, the area associated with the leak corresponds to a component or condition that was not part of the original contracted scope of work and on which ACS did not perform any work during the project. As a company, we stand behind 100% of the work performed by ACS; however, we cannot assume responsibility for elements or conditions outside the original contract. Even so, in an effort to help resolve the situation in good faith, ACS offered a separate repair option with courtesy pricing. Although there was initial willingness to proceed, unfortunately, we were not able to reach a final agreement on the pricing and terms. We remain available to address any additional concerns and to continue handling this matter professionally through our service team. ACS

  Good company to change the roof. If you have a problem later they will not respond.

  After a good experience changing the roof, they didn't accept the responsibility in a leak. After several conversations they offered a discount to cover the repairs needed, and at the moment the contract was sent they didn't honor the proposal increasing the prices

  We had a serious roof leak at my mother-in-law’s house. The team arrived promptly and handled everything professionally. They performed the necessary inspections, identified the problem, and scheduled the repairs. The work was completed quickly, and since then, the roof has not leaked again. A few months later, we decided to replace the entire roof. One thing we really appreciated was that they created a WhatsApp group to keep everyone informed throughout the entire process. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. My husband and I live in another state, so it was very important for us to stay updated every step of the way. We sincerely thank the entire team at ACS for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding work. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.
