While Achilles Roofing was installing a new roof for my neighbor they noticed that some shingles were missing on my roof and offered to replace them for me that day. A big thanks to Patrick and his crew for their attentive and quality work!

Achilles Roofing did a great job negotiating with our insurance company ensuring that we got the best pay out for our insurance claim. The roofers were also very efficient and did a great job on the roof replacement!

Patrick came within hours of my call after my massive Ash tree fell on my roof. He was very personable and had great insight about how to repair the damage properly. He helped me navigate insurance and arrived promptly to do the repair. I am so glad that I have found an excellent roofer to work with going forward!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor! They removed my old skylight and then scraped the old roof material into the skylight, all over my living room and entertainment center. They removed and destroyed my gutters then hauled them to scrap including some new pieces I had waiting to go on. When I had a leak, they sent a guy over (the first person to speak English on the job) and he sprayed the mildew with so much bleach that my popcorn ceiling peeled off! TERRIBLE.

They did a great job! Arthur was very prompt and professional in providing a quote and discussing a few options specific to our home. We got really lucky with the schedule, too. Their crew was able to do our gutters a week after Arthur provided a quote. Super clean and fast job, very nice crew. Would definitely recommend!

Achilles Roofing provided an exceptional experience that we highly recommend. From the outset, Patrick demonstrated exceptional communication, professionalism, and advocacy throughout the entire process. One standout aspect of our experience was Patrick’s direct collaboration with our insurance company. Initially, the insurance company refused certain roof and siding repairs. However, Patrick diligently fought on our behalf, presenting a compelling case for the required repairs. His extensive knowledge, persistence, and professionalism were instrumental in challenging the insurance company’s incorrect assessment, ultimately leading to the approval of the repairs. The quality of work completed by Patrick’s team was remarkable. Our roof and siding now look fantastic, and it’s evident that they take immense pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the project, Patrick and his team consistently kept us informed, answered all our questions, and ensured that we comprehended every step of the process. It’s rare to find a company that seamlessly combines high-quality workmanship with exceptional customer service and communication. Overall, our experience with Achilles Roofing was truly wonderful from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend Achilles Roofing and give them a five out of five stars.

If you're dealing with an insurance claim you'll need to be patient, all the delays I experienced were because of insurance or the bank approving claims checks. The owner of Achilles is great. I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone needing a roof or siding.
