  I'm sorry that your roof replacement process has been so stressful. This is not typical, but due to the recent storms, many customers have faced challenges with ensuring insurance coverage. I also apologize for the billing error; the time for supplier communications was mistakenly recorded as 5 hours instead of 0.5 hours, which has been corrected in the updated invoice and refund. Regarding the time spent on your project, our service agreement signed by you on 3/25/24 clearly states that our rate is $100 per hour. This includes more than just the physical work—it covers materials, planning, research, documentation and communication. Time spent on emails includes preparation, research, and gathering necessary documentation, which is why they are billed in minimum increments of 0.2 hours. The timesheet includes correspondence to both you and your wife from our company. You initially filed an insurance claim and were informed that your property was subject to code compliance. You requested estimates for the roof and additional structures, including code compliance. On 5/24, we spoke with your adjuster to confirm compliance and estimates. The project was delayed because the scope of work changed due to ongoing negotiations with your insurance company. By June, you requested alternatives for the decking, but when your insurance denied coverage for this, you decided to proceed with the original contract for roof replacement. However, we declined to install a roof that wasn’t to code, and a waiver was drafted to acknowledge this. You agreed to the waiver, which was eventually signed digitally in August. On August 13, you told me that your insurance adjuster said the city was not enforcing code compliance. Since this conflicted with our experience, I contacted the city inspector, who confirmed the requirement for code compliance. I shared this information with you, but you did not respond.   As we shared with you, we could not discuss or negotiate the work to the property with you since you were not the property owner. We did return calls, respond to the warranty ticket, and have spoken to the property owner many times. They are our responsibility. Every part of the contract we had with the property owner was honored. We advised as to what work was needed and gave an estimate. It was not accepted. There was structural damage that needed to be fixed before a silicone coating system would be an option as a repair. The existing leak was not related to the portion of the roof we had repaired in the past. We are very sorry you are upset to have not been included, but without a power of attorney we legally can not make agreements with someone that does not own the property.

  This co covered up old decking & caused heavy damage ! Left nails all under shingles, are not guaranteed on work performance! Do not use! I pd 8000.00 to this co !

  Dida quick, efficient job of put new roof on. No heavy rain for several months, when aheavy rain happened found a leak. Called Accurate Roofing, they said I had to fill out forms on line and send photo of stain on ceiling from roof leak. Their contact has never contacted me. Called twice more they said they would assign it to someone else.(two weeks) ago still waiting.

  This review must be fake. At Accurate Roof Systems we do not charge for estimates. Inspections and estimates are FREE! Susan Green send the alleged invoice to david@accurateroofsystems.com. If we have a team member trying to charge people for estimates they are operating against our standards.

  I wish I would have done my homework and found out how unreliable this company is. All they do is take your money and make promises. You don't even know what is going on unless you call them because they do not keep you informed as to the progress. I sure hope I get my money refunded as I requested.After much miscommunication with this company we were able to resolve the issues and I have a new roof. They did do a wonderful job on my roof but, I am sorry we had to go through so much.

  Norm and the people at Accurate Roof Systems were very professional and walked us through the whole process. If I had questions they were readily available via phone call or text. The team that installed the roof was done in a single day. They were superb at what they do. We are very pleased with our new roof!
