  Horrible communication and very rude to deal with. My father had his roof done by Above all a couple years ago and has warranty that they refuse to honour. He was having issues with shiny spots on the ceiling around the edges due to insulation and they refuse to do anything about it. The owner kept telling the receptionist he would call me back but he never did. His wife called me once but she didn’t know what she was talking about. She claimed they didn’t do the siding and insulation yet they did, it’s even in our paperwork so I’m not sure what she was reading. My father also had an issue with birds getting into the roof and had to request them to come and fix it multiple times. Eventually they did and the owner made a very rude comment about my father being too picky. How is not wanting birds living in your roof picky? The owner also said my father didn’t communicate with him but half the time the owner wasn’t around to speak to and definitely doesn’t pick up the phone. All this to say stay away from this company, their warranty means nothing and they’re full of lies.

  We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, as we always strive to provide quality workmanship and responsive customer service to all of our clients. However, there are several inaccuracies in this review that we do need to address. We absolutely do stand behind and honour our workmanship warranties. The concerns regarding wildlife or birds entering the roof structure would not fall under a workmanship or manufacturer warranty issue, as wildlife intrusion is outside the scope of roofing warranty coverage and would generally require a wildlife control specialist. That being said, we did still attend the property previously in an effort to assist and address concerns raised. Regarding the comments about not knowing what work was completed, all projects and scopes of work are fully documented in our records and paperwork, so there was never any confusion about what services were provided. We also made it clear that we were more than willing to continue discussing any concerns in a respectful and productive manner. Unfortunately, conversations became increasingly hostile, and while we are always happy to help where we reasonably can, we will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful communication toward our staff. We always stand behind our workmanship, and as was explained during our communication, events caused by severe weather or other acts of nature are not covered under any workmanship warranty in our industry. We attended your property promptly and identified that the issue was weather-related, not a result of improper installation. We offered to complete the repair at a heavily discounted rate as a gesture of good faith. However, since the repair is not related to workmanship and payment for the service was declined, we were unable to proceed. Our team is still happy to assist you if you would like to move forward with the repair. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can resolve this professionally and as efficiently as possible.

  Horrible with communication. Doesn’t like to return phone calls. Been waiting 6 weeks for a quote. Feel like this company you would give a deposit and they don’t show up to do the work. Sadly this place was recommended to me.

Looking back we have multiple conversations with you, also advising you it was not something we could currently accommodate. We chatting 2 days prior to you leaving us with this negative review so I am unsure as to how you think we lack communication. We would also never take anyones deposit and not show up to do that work, that is a pretty harsh accusation. That would be stealing and we would not still be in business if that was how we operated. We wish you well with your project and sorry we could not help you with it.

  I was not happy with their service. Their installers broke my outdoor light fixture while working on my roof, absolutely their fault. After many phone calls, I could not get them to come back to repair it. They did send me a replacement, but would not take responsibility to have it replaced themselves. It was a small thing to make right. They could have done better.

  I would give them 0 (zero) stars but apparently the system only allows from 1 to 5! So here is what happened.... I called on Monday and the girl on the phone took my info and told me that the guy would come the next day to check the roof …

  Charged to "temporarily" fix my roof, when the full fix from their competitor took the same amount of time, and cost the same amount of money. Would not recommend or use again. Update: Wow, no reviews in 8 months, and now 15 reviews have poured in since I posted a negative review a week ago. Be careful with this company folks!

Also if you are referring to the large wind storm last year we were doing the best we could with such an overwhelming volume of repairs we were just simply trying to get everyone sealed in from the water before we could do permanent repairs. Again we would be happy to discuss the invoice that you are not happy with if you provide us with you correct information for us to do the research on this. Above All Roofing! (289) 338 - 9349 Hi Again "Jon" Being a roofing company we are season, so it is not surprising at all to not have a high volume of reviews during our off season (the past 5 months) even though we actually still did receive reviews during this time. Now that we are back full time after the winter months its not surprising that we are getting a lot of reviews based on the work we are completing. Looking through the reviews I can see that we have completed work for everyone who has recently left us a review, funny how the only person I can not located in our system is "Jon Bud" (However I believe this is actually Marty Simhoni Sales Manager at Alpa Lumber Mills/King City Lumber Mills) AGAIN - if you would like to deal with this professionally we will be happy to go over things with you and not just have you hide behind the computer using a fake account. I really do not know what you are so upset about considering we are the only ones who are out money due to this emergency repair that was completed at 9PM - I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't pay the other contractor that did the "Permeant repair either" Everyone was very grateful for our services that we provided last year during the wind storm accept for one person who still has yet to pay .... Again - Marty you have our phone number.

  Before I hired this company for snow plowing I asked straight up. If my one and only car is in the driveway do you shovel around my vehicle as well as do the walkway and stairs. They said of course. They only had to come out about four of five times this year and never did they do around my car or in front of the garage and a couple times never did the walkway or stairs. So they only plowed from my vehicle back. Literally took about 3 minutes. Two runs with the plow and they were done. When I called and questioned this I I was told "you do realize you hired for a PLOW service right". Actually no I didn't I hired a snow removal service thank you! How you remove it is not my problem I paid you to remove it so just get it done. Worst $400 I've spent. They won't be getting my service again or anyone I know that's for sure.

  We couldn't be happier with the work this roofing and exteriors company did on our home. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They completed our roof, siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and all of our exterior work with incredible attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout the project, the crew showed up on time, kept the property clean, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. Our home looks absolutely amazing, and we've received so many compliments from friends and neighbours. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in their work, uses quality materials, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, we highly recommend them. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing exterior renovations. Five stars!

  We recently hired Above All Roofing & Exteriors for a full exterior transformation of our home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
