I wouldn't even give 1 star but I had to in order to post my review. I paid ABC Roofing Inc. for a new roof March 15, 2024. It is now Aug. 7, 2024 and NO WORK has been done. I've had a blue tarp on my roof since Feb. 2024 when shingles were taken to determine if they were discontinued. No one returns my calls, messages, or texts. I just tried calling and was on hold for over 10 minutes and then the call just disconnected. I want my money back so I can find someone to actually replace my roof. Between State Farm and ABC Roofing Inc., I've been waiting over a year for a roof.

ABC Roofing did an awesome job on our roof after hail damage. The supervisor, Al, went over and above to help us. He was respectful and helpful to us and to his employees. We highly recommend ABC to everyone.

This company has all the right elements for customer satisfaction. Great quality service, timely and competitively priced. After a storm, I had three separate quotes, and not only was ABC the most competitive but the honest and timely service was reassuring in knowing the job was done right.

The quality and craftsmanship of the installation was great. Mark really went beyond what was required of him in Keeping us informed about the progress of the project and what we should expect moving forward. He also stayed behind to clean the site and answer questions and was patient with the situation going on. The reason it was not five (5) stars was that there were delays in the project caused by people rather than weather that should have been addressed before the project was started. However through delays and coordination dilemmas Mark kept us informed and made the entire experience a much better experience than it could of been without his efforts! We greatly appreciated his efforts and the end product, we feel, reflects the importance of detail and execution of a well done project! Thank you again!

Just wanted to say thank you to ABC for coming to Bonnot (my business) in Akron, OH and taking care of a leak on the roof. After a big storm over the weekend we got into the office on Monday and noticed a leak in the office. It was very strange when we removed the ceiling tile, you could see daylight through a filter. Chris responded quickly and saw that a panel came off our HVAC unit which allowed water to penetrate and then get into the building. He made the repair quickly. Albeit a simple repair job ABC showed up quickly and resolved the issue. Dont hesitate to give them a call if you need even the smallest job completed. - George B.
