  Very easy to get a hold of initially and then no response from company when time to give an estimate. They did seem to do a good job when they first did the roof..

  Signed on with ABBEY in June 2019. Kept us waiting for months(12 weeks) to confirm a date to redo roof. By the beginning of October after no confirmation date, we signed on with another company who did the job 3 days after signing and for less than Abbey!! Terrible costumer service!!

  Rosie, the story sounds so bad when you leave it there without providing all the facts. You fail to mention how many times we came to do water tests in the presence of your husband. None of which yielded a result of water infiltration. You also fail to mention that your attic has been converted to living space resulting in a “hot” roof and that you have only had water infiltration in the winter as a result of ice damming. I am happy that you noted that we came back and changed the valley as it shows that we in fact do take responsibility.

  Unfortunately early production of laminate shingles have a known delaminating issue particularly when applied on a mansard roof that is exposed to the Sun. We helped submit a claim with BP which is what we are asked by BP to do. We submitted samples of your shingles and have discussed your situation with the regional BP rep. Normally a claim number is issued and BP takes between 8-10 weeks to reply with a corrective action. If you have not received a response from BP, please call the office and provide your claim # and we will follow up on your behalf.

  Very disappointed with this company, they damaged my house when they changed the roof last year, try to contact them to repair the house, nobody came. Now it's been more than 6 months, start to prepare the lawsuit. Don't do the business with this company.

  Had high expectations from this company but the owner Andre has let me down. They did my roof Sept. 2021 almost $20k invoice paid and in late June this year 2022 there was a roof leak which damaged my ceiling after those heavy downpours, wind and thunderstorms. Owner showed up to check and promised to send two guys to verify where in the roof the leak is coming from. Two weeks later and multiple calls made to his cell # and nothing…no callbacks, not a peep. Extremely unprofessional attitude although they claim 10 year warranty against any leak and he is aware that my case is urgent and that it’s due to poor workmanship from his crew. Don’t go with this company not worth the hassle in case you have issues.

  I don’t quite understand what is so confusing Mr. Syed? Our phone system is laid out efficiently if you want to reach your salesman and we have a live person that answers the phone from 9-5.   As discussed, leaf guards are generally not recommended by roofers as they are prone to causing ice dams. In your case the gutters are installed very high and the guards prevent the drip edge from sitting correctly. We do not lie, we do respond promptly and continue to have many satisfied customers.

  We had our complete roof done years ago by Abbey Roofing and some time after we had a major storm and water seeped in our dining room. They backed up their work by fixing the damage and having a renovator repair the ceiling. We would highly recommend them for their work and integrity.

  I had an excellent experience with this company. The work was completed on schedule. I particularly appreciated their honesty. They take the time to clearly explain the options, without any pressure. Their explanations are simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Communication is also a major strength.   I've had my roof redone several times, and this is the first time I've been so satisfied with the final result. The quality is excellent, and the work is done quickly by a dedicated and professional team. This is probably the only time such service has prompted me to write a review.
