We recently bought a house and we felt air quality issue and our dryer was stinking. I called Xian for dryer vent cleaning and I am so happy with the service. I have a toddler at home so I wanted to make sure that no harmful chemicals are used for vent cleaning. I heartily recommend Xian. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with this dryer vent service. Tech Tyson was prompt and knowledgeable during the dryer vent inspection. Did a careful job fixing the dryer vent and cleaned up after. Very outstanding services.

We hired Christopher from this company last week and couldn't be happier. Their team handled our annual Dryer Vent Cleaning Services quickly, fixing a major lint backup that was a total fire hazard. While here, they also provided excellent Roofing Services, replacing several damaged shingles before the storm. Friendly crew and very fair pricing!

The scheduling and appointment was easy, prompt and on time. Upon arrival, the technicians Paul realized that I had a bigger issue. I no longer had a dryer vent tube. They quickly pivoted, installed a new vent, brought my system up to code and did so on the spot, quickly and for a reasonable price when they could have taken advantage of my situation. Excellent company from A&Z Dryer Vent Cleaning Services & Roofing Services Johnstown, PA.
