Run. Run far away from this company. Took advantage of a Senior Veteran in Venice. They were able to file a claim through the DPBR and luckily got his money back after over a year! Took his money and never did the roof. Didn't return calls until the DBPR got involved. Excuse after excuse, and looking at other reviews, they got the same excuses! A scam business!

This company takes 100% of your money and so far ( months and months of excuses)still hasn’t shown up to do the job! He lies about why he can’t start and has a million excuses. Wayne took over $50,000.00 from me in February. It’s now May and nothing has been done. He has excuse after excuse. I demanded a refund and he finally responded saying (for the 5th time), “you’re next”. But still nobody on the job. I do NOT recommend this company for your roofing job! Stay away! And all his 5* reviews are fake! I looked up each one. Not one if them actually lives in Florida or has a second home here. Fake and bought Google reviews!

911 Roofing just showed up at my house and sent 3 guys up my tile roof without knocking on the door first. They had the wrong house.

This is a sub contactor that messed up on a customer's job. I don't allow that, my customers are treated like my family, I had to pay to fix their mess up. The customer is happy and this sub is not, my customers come 1st. Jerson (which is not his real name) do the job right next time and you won't have these problems!

JP and his team did s fantastic job on my roof! after the Hurricane, most roofers had long lead times. They were able to start the week after our agreement & it was finished in 2 1/2 days. We were very satisfied and would recommend them highly.

Wayne was amazing through the whole process. We were ready to pay around 20k for a new roof when we had 911 out to give us a bid. Wayne informed us that our roof was damaged from a wind storm that occurred a few months earlier and the insurance company was responsible for the damages. Although it took some time Wayne made sure our roof was tarped while the claims process took place and in the end we ended up with a brand new roof for 1000 dollars which was just our deductible. Don't make any decisions til you talk to this guy!
