The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for 5 Star Roofing And Contracting. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
6 more of the 6 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

What stood out most about our experience with Brady and 5 Star Roofing wasn't just the quality of the work, but the way they approach customer service. Brady was proactive, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, offered practical recommendations, and never made us feel pressured. Throughout the entire experience, he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and an impressive attention to detail. It was clear that he takes pride in doing things the right way and ensuring his customers are well taken care of. His responsiveness, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond created a level of trust that is hard to find today. It's rare to encounter a company that combines expertise with such exceptional customer care. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we would confidently recommend Brady and 5 Star Roofing to anyone looking for a contractor who truly puts the customer first.

Brady was very friendly and knowledgeable. He and his associate assessed what was needed, retrieved parts, and replaced my broken turbine roof vent ("whirlybird") all within two hours and for a reasonable price. He explained everything and provided options for future attic ventilation needs as well. I would recommend 5 Star Roofing and Contracting to anyone for any roofing needs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on 5 Star Roofing And Contracting. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
