  Tell your drivers to pay attention. I almost ran into the back of one of your trucks because the driver never signaled or checked his mirrors when he pulled out infront of me and stopped to go into the parking lot across the street.

  I needed some done, not all. Schedule appointment but never approached. Got an email on the whole house. I took off work for nothing, Chris at 4pm never knocked on the door. Hey people deal locally!

  If we could give more stars to this lovely company we would. The asbestos/cement tile on our house fell off. 401 helped us find a great company to come and remove the cement tile and had us in a warm, dry (absolutely gorgeous) house within a very short time. Our colour choice was not standard, they made sure we got what we needed. Our wartime house gave them a challenge but did not beat them. Every single member of the team from quote to billing and especially our project manager Tyler and the amazing installation team were just incredibly kind, patient and caring. The work is beautiful and we know we are going to feel much warmer this winter. Thank you guys so much. We really appreciate your hard work on this project .

  Absolutely am very happy with the evestrough 401 siding has done. The lift up downspout is a very nice touch. Couldn't find any garbage left behind. Perry kept us updated along the whole process as I wasn't there. Well done 401 siding!!! …

  Very helpful and responsive. Took lots of time to understand our needs and requirements. Very customer focused in developing a quote. In the end we decided not to proceed until we had a bigger job that needed doing. We would come back to 402 siding when we need work.

  We had a great experience with 401 Siding. They installed soffit, fascia, and eavestrough on our 155-year-old home, and the results were excellent. From the initial quote to the final installation, their entire team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Couldn't be happier with the transformation. It has given our 177 year old house new life and the team at 401 siding was so amazing to deal with every step of the way. Nice to deal with a company that was a one stop shop for all our exterior needs. Got a few quotes and 401 siding was by far the lowest.

  As a construction site super, Chris and his team only make my life easier. They show up when they say they are going to, the guys do good work and care about what they're doing, with attention to detail, and leave the site clean when they're done. Highly recommend.

  For all your exterior cladding needs, there is no one better than 401 Siding. They are extremely courteous, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I have never had one single project fall short in any capacity, and I cannot recommend them enough. From renovations, to repairs, to custom builds, they can fit any budget, timeline, and vision.

  We highly recommend 401 siding. Ryan had many good suggestions on how we could change our eavestroughs and downspouts, and Perry and Jordan did a superb job carrying these out. We are very happy with the quality of their work. They answered any questions we had and were conscientious about cleaning up. We would definitely use this company again.
