I can’t recommend 3Z Roofing enough. Andrew, the owner, was incredibly responsive from start to finish—always quick to answer questions and keep me informed throughout the entire process. That level of communication alone set them apart. The quality of the work was exceptional. You can tell Andrew and his team take real pride in what they do. Everything was completed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The finished product exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the pricing was extremely fair and transparent. No surprises, just honest work at a great value. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy roofing company, 3Z Roofing is the way to go. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Andrew Brown of 3ZE is an outstanding person to work with! He shoots straight and doesn’t over charge. His crew was very professional, skilled, and friendly. Andrew worked with me on my late season request, always watching for when weather conditions would allow the work. He found the perfect day, made the recommendation, and kept me informed. I have a big roof and his team finished 99% of it in one day, only pushing to the following day to get one more package of shingles to finish off the final bit. His team cleaned up the trash around the house, blew out my gutters, and ran magnetic rollers to pick up hard to find roofing nails. Very thorough! I highly recommend Andrew and his team for any roofing job!

Andrew was honest and extremely helpful in helping me repair my roof. Other roofers were over complicating the job and giving me estimates that were 3 times over the quotes 3Z gave me because they weren’t trying to over sell me things I didn’t need. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them.
